Do I need event insurance?

Yes, if your caterer does not provide insurance.

If you are serving Alcohol you must have a PA Ramp Certified Bartender who carries general and liquor liability. If not the client or bartender must purchase it.

 

What is the difference between Midway Arches and The Arches?

Midway Arches is our business name inspired by the grand arches of the Coatesville Railroad bridge as you enter the city on Route 82.

The Arches venue is named for our 40 arches of architecture on the main floor.

10)   72 inch rounds – 132″ round tablecloth  | SEATING: 8-10 best  |  11-12 is doable

6) 48 inch round tables – 132″ round tablecloth (puddled)  |  SEATING: 4-6 guests

17)   8 foot banquet tables – 90″x156″ tablecloth  (8 folding plastic, 9 wood)  SEATING: 10 guests

9)   6 foot banquet tables – 90″x132″ tablecloth (7 folding plastic, 2 wood) SEATING: 8 guests

2)   4 foot banquet tables (most used for sweetheart table) – 90″x132″ tablecloth

10)   36 inch high tables – 120″ round or 132″ round if tying with a sash
